CANCELLATION POLICY
To confirm your reservation 50% of the rent, cleaning fee & deposit must be paid on our bank account.
At least 30 days before arrival the balance must be paid.
Cancellation within 30 days before arrival: no refund. The full rental price will be charged.
Cancellation between the 60th and 30th day before arrival: 50% of the rental price will be charged.
Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: no cancellation fee. You will get a full refund of the rent already paid.
The deposit will be refunded within 1 week after departure provided that no damage has been ascertained.
